Who we are
OZART Collective (“OZART”, “we”, “us”) is a contemporary art platform based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect through ozartcollective.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
– Enquiry form: your name, email address, subject and message.
– OZART.Artists waitlist: your email address and, if you add it, a social media handle.
– Emails you send us directly.
We do not collect payment details on this website.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange the viewing, sale or shipping of an artwork.
If you join the waitlist, to contact you about OZART.Artists and the open call.
We never sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Our website is hosted by Framer, which receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. Framer and Google Fonts deliver the site’s pages, images and fonts, and see your IP address in order to do so.
We share your details with a shipping or payment partner only when that is needed to complete a purchase you asked for, and with authorities only when the law requires it.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies: no advertising, tracking or social media cookies.
We measure visits with Framer’s built-in analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
If you use the light and dark switch, your choice is saved in your own browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and waitlist sign-ups for as long as we need them to reply to you and to run the open call, and delete them no later than two years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep a record for longer, for example of a sale.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. We reply within 30 days.
We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, for visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the GDPR.
