Buying an original
Our originals are priced on request, so buying starts with a conversation.
1. Enquire. Use the Enquire button on the work’s page, the contact form, or email us.
2. Receive your quote. We confirm that the work is available and send you its price, with delivery and insurance to your address, usually within two working days.
3. Pay securely. By bank transfer, or by card through a secure payment link.
4. We arrange delivery. The work is packed with care and shipped fully insured, and you receive tracking details.
5. It arrives with its certificate. Every original comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, and a receipt for your purchase.
Delivery
Within the UAE, works are delivered by a specialist art handler. Hanging can be arranged on request.
Worldwide, we ship by insured courier or, for large works, with a fine-art shipper. Every shipment is insured for the full value of the work, from collection to your door.
Delivery times depend on the work and where it is going; your quote includes an estimate.
Buyers outside the UAE pay any import duties and taxes charged by their country on arrival. We point these out before you pay.
Payment
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Your quote shows the full amount: the work, delivery, insurance and any taxes that apply.
We accept bank transfer, and card payments through a secure payment link. A work is reserved for you once we confirm your order, and becomes yours when payment is complete.
All sales are final
Every work is a unique original, handled with care from the artist’s studio to your wall, so we do not accept returns or exchanges once a work has been delivered.
Before you buy, ask us anything. We are happy to send more photographs, close-ups or a short video of the work, and to show how it would look in a room.
If a work arrives damaged
If a work arrives damaged, or is not as we described it, we will take it back. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the work and its packaging, and keep all the packing materials.
We collect the work at our cost and give you a full refund, including delivery. If you would rather keep it, we can arrange professional restoration instead.

Fine art prints of selected works are coming soon, with fixed prices and checkout on this site. Ask us if you would like to hear when they launch.
